Overview
Fly between the Serengeti, Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater, three of Tanzania's most famous parks, on this 4-day, 3-night itinerary; light-aircraft transfers let you pack a lot into a short window.
Time is tight and the Serengeti comes first? Flying there directly removes the driving days that a standard circuit would involve, so more of your brief trip happens on safari. At the end, you transfer back to Arusha and continue to the airport for your departure flight.
Consider this itinerary if you'd like a solid introduction to the most famous Northern Circuit parks and can't spend the days that a longer overland safari takes.

Day by Day (4 days)
You fly straight into Arusha and stay the night there. The evening is set aside for the pre-safari briefing, in which the tour consultant explains what to expect from the first day of the safari through to the last and goes over the final preparations for the tour. If you have any last-minute questions, this is the ideal time to ask them and get clarification. ( Arusha Serena lodge).

After breakfast, you are transferred from your lodge to Arusha Airport to catch a morning flight to Seronera Airstrip, where a driver collects you for a game drive in Serengeti National Park, home to the largest wildlife sanctuary in the world. That game drive is planned for the afternoon.

Meals: all meals included
Devote the whole day to game drives across the plains of the Serengeti, then take an afternoon flight back to Arusha Airstrip, from where you are transferred to your overnight accommodation.
